Your position
In your new role as Team Leader for our Procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement activities for our Rig & Marine division. Our division specializes in providing a wide range of services for the energy industry, including engineering, project management, project execution, fabrication and installation, to support the offshore drilling rig and offshore wind installation vessel markets.
As the Team Leader, you will work closely with our dedicated Procurement team comprised of two project buyers located in Denmark and Poland, leading and supporting them with your expertise. Given the divisional split of our procurement function, you will hold a key role in promoting cross-functional collaboration with other procurement teams across our organisation, enhancing our collective effectiveness.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Your primary role will be supporting the tendering and project procurement activities within Rig & Offshore Marine division.You will be working as an integrated team member with the tender and project teams, combining a strategic approach with hands-on operational involvement, including direct communication with suppliers and establishing clear objectives and expectations for our suppliers and key partners.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring purchasing for the projects
- Supporting our tender and project teams
- Ensuring correct prices, terms, and conditions from suppliers
- Negotiating purchase agreements and managing supplier relationships
- Placing orders and order management including expediting
- Category management
- Stakeholder management

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have:
- BSc. in supply chain or a technical education
- Experience with procurement and complex contract negotiation
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English at a high level
