We are looking for a student worker to join our Digital Services Strategy and Portfolio team in Danfoss Climate Solutions for 15-20 hours a week, with a schedule that matches your university commitment - preferably for several semesters.

As part of the Strategy and Portfolio team you will help set the long term direction of our unit and ensure that we stay on track with our strategy execution to reach growth targets and keep our services competitive.

Job Responsibilities
Tasks
- Conduct research and analysis on various digital projects and initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer research.
- Support the team in maintaining the project portfolio and tracking progress on ongoing initiatives.
- Help to prepare presentations and decision support material for the Digital Strategy team and other stakeholders in the organization.
- Participate in project planning and strategy sessions, including brainstorming sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and developments.
Background & Skills Qualifications
For this position you need to be an enrolled student pursuing a master's within Business/Economics, Industrial Engineering, Industrial IT or similar with a good academic performance. Practical experience from a similar job function is an advantage, but not necessary. Additionally, we are looking for:
- You are structured and logical thinker with strong analytical skills, who likes to solve complex tasks
- You have a strong business-oriented mindset and flair for strategy
- You are curious and a quick learner who can work independently as well as in international and diverse teams
- You have high self-motivation, and good communication skills
- You have advanced written and verbal English skills. German and/or Danish skills are a plus
- You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
