European Energy is a Danish privately owned company in rapid growth. We construct wind and photovoltaic (PV) projects, from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment. Our company of 200 employees has since 2004 installed more than 2 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 23 different nationalities at our office in Søborg, Copenhagen. Our mission is to be a significant force in the global transition to a fossil free society.
We are looking for two Student Assistants to join our ambitious commercial asset management team. The team is taking the leading role in the commercial management of our renewable energy projects from the commencement of operations. One of the teams main objectives is the optimization of the operating assets throughout their lifespan.
As our new Student Assistant, you will work with a big variation of interesting tasks and support your colleagues in the team delivering sound results on time.
Areas of responsibility:
- Reporting
- Managing data
- Administrative tasks related to asset management
- Develop and maintain models (in excel)
- Assist in making power point presentations
- Assistance with compliance reporting
- Commercial and financial analysis
Professional skills we expect from you:
- You are currently studying a bachelor or master at university level or an equivalent institution within economics, finance or similar preferable with at least 2 years left before graduation.
- Full professional proficiency in English. German or Danish will be an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Power BI, Databases and managing data flow will be an advantage
- Knowledge of financial modelling is an advantage
