Key Requirements:
Proven track record in complex solution selling
Strong ability to identify customer pain points and tailor our solution to meet their specific needs
Track record of building successful sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
+3 years of experience with enterprise (B2B) solution selling.
A plus if you have past experience with proptech or the real estate sector
Responsibilities:
Execute the solution selling strategy, collaborating with potential clients and partners to understand their challenges and propose customized solutions
Engage with relevant prospects through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages (30-40 cold calls/outreach per day)
Maintain good CRM hygiene and ensure that prospects are followed up with
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, real estate owners, asset managers, operators, and industry partners
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, attending industry events, and networking with industry professionals
Work closely with the founding team to refine the product offering based on market feedback and customer requirements
Embrace a growth mindset and can-do attitude, consistently seeking innovative ways to drive sales and expand market presence
