Are you an experienced project manager with experience from industry construction, and do you want to play a key role in the strategic development and growth through our solid investment program assigned to the production area in the coming years then you might be our new Senior Project Manager in Global Production Development?
At Palsgaard, we have set out on an ambitious growth journey to double our production capacity over the next couple of years and as our new Project Manager, you will be responsible for building and construction projects within Global Production the coming 1-4 years (primarily in Denmark). The new Project Manager will play an active role in Palsgaards operational and manufacturing development, growth strategy and the implementation of this.
It is expected that the new Project Manager is an experienced, competent, strategically well-founded, and not least business-oriented holistic profile, whom is expected to be able to successfully develop the function in the coming years.
Primary location will be at Palsgaard HQ in Juelsminde, Denmark and it is preferred, that the candidate lives in reasonable driving distance from Juelsminde or are willing to relocate to the region.

Your main responsibilities and specific tasks will include:
- Lead major construction projects
- Main project management tasks and responsibilities
- Cooperation with Global Production Development Director and relevant stakeholders on all strategic development projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budgets
- Ensure that project data is available, consolidated and secure
- Project management of large capital expenditures (500 mio DKK) within building, utility supply and Infrastructure
- Stakeholder management
- Process improvement and business synergies
What do you need to apply?
The ideal candidate has experience from a similar position or operational positions with knowledge of the challenges of production/process companies. The candidate has a broad knowledge of construction and technical installations as well as experience with performance testing and commissioning. In addition the candidate preferably has experience in planning, designing and executing chemical production facilities, laboratories, dairies, breweries or similar technically heavy buildings with strict requirements for cleanliness and hygiene.
You hold a MSc or BSc degree within engineering (construction) and you have at least 8-10 years of experience from a similar role in an international production company.
You have excellent Danish and English written and verbal communication skills, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment, where no two days are the same.
