Senior HRIS Specialist (SuccessFactors) with great people skills to drive HR Digitalization
Chr. Hansen is on an ambitious HR Digitalization journey leveraging SuccessFactors as our platform. We support our strong digital ambition by have implemented Employee Central globally in 31 countries, including performance management. We are now looking to take further steps expanding the use globally with further modules like Compensation, On-boarding etc.

As our current HRIS specialist will move to new challenges in Chr. Hansen, we have this opening where you will have a key role in both the on-going operation of the system but also in the expansion of modules and global anchoring.

What your responsibility will be
You will be part of a global team that manage the system, full range from support to implementation projects, you will get your own responsibility for modules.
The role has a broad responsibility spanning from 3rd Level support, preparing user training material, initiating annual processes to participating in improvement projects and implementation of new modules.

Other key tasks

  • Manage upgrades & patches
  • Define business requirements
  • Provide best-practice guidance to business
  • Ensure alignment of business processes and system configurations


What we expect from you
We imagine that you have 5-8 years of experience working with technical solutions/cloud-based HR systems/HRIS. It's essential that you have at least 2-3 years' experience in SuccessFactors either as a Superuser, implementation consultant or similar role. Further:

  • You have documented experience working with change management and preferably you have been part of implementing a new system
  • You easily connect with the organization regardless of function, geography and organizational level
  • You bridge system functionality to business requirements
  • You thrive supporting people and troubleshoot complex issues
  • You are ambitious with a good sense of humour


The team
You will both be part of a small team of highly competent colleagues working with SuccessFactors and Rewards. In your daily work you will have a close cooperation with our Global HR and Business community.
