Purpose and Scope

As a Customer Success Manager for our customer base with mid touch coverage, you'll follow and guide them through their journey with us, ensuring that they see the maximum value in Veo, and therefore fulfilling their potential, resulting in growing value of your portfolio.

We have an ambition of building a data driven customer success organisation, with a human touch. You will be a crucial part for us to achieve it with detecting the patterns in needs and desires of our customers, unlocking the potential of the automated approach.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of the customers and grow its value to its fullest potential (800+)
  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with our customers, where proving the value of our product comes first
  • Implement (partially) automated, yet human approach to serve our customers; suggest initiatives that allow you to handle larger portfolio with the same quality results
  • Become a product expert, advising your customers on how to best leverage our platform
  • Work closely with other teams (product, engineering, systems, sales, marketing) to ensure constant feedback loop and representation of the customers' voice internally
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager (preferably start- or scale-up)
  • Genuine desire to help people and make them succeed
  • Hungry to learn, grow and build
  • Help build the car while driving it: you bring everything is possible mindset, and are eager to help define the cutting edge Customer Success program
  • Team player, motivated to help and guide others to improve as well as open to receive the learnings
  • Fluent in English; French, German or/and Spanish would be an advantage
