What you'll be doing...
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Assistant to join our growing sales team. This is an incredible opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn, grow and start their career in a fast-paced and exciting environment. In this role you will:
- You will be supporting Rokoko's Sales Team in daily activities.
- Handle ongoing communication with leads.
- Manage our outbound inbox.
- Send out sales quotes and setup orders.
- Maintain and update our CRM (Hubspot).
- Assist with administrative tasks, including vendor setup, order documentation, and pro forma invoices.
What you need to succeed in this role... - You are a B.Sc or M.Sc.student in a relevant field;
- You are resilient and highly motivated, with a hands-on attitude and continuous interest in self-improvement;
- You understand sales, business development, and the importance of customer-centricity;
- You bring a good attitude to work and enjoy working in collaboration with others;
- You're an empathic listener and persuasive communicator;
- You have stakeholder management skills, with experience building and nurturing relationships;
- You have strong written and spoken English.
We will be thrilled if you have the knowledge of one of these... - Are interested in sales, product evangelism, and have experience in this function;
- Have a keen, demonstrated interest in animation, game development, virtual production, or VFX;
