Area of responsibilities and tasks
As our new Project Manager Business Process Implementation, you will become part of the central Process & Implementation Management department. In this department, we work to ensure the planning and implementation of centrally defined Business Processes to create best practices across all markets, facilities, and functions.
This position is a project manager function with a focus on the global implementation of centrally defined processes. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of processes and tools as well as ensuring coordination and facilitation at an operational level, so that the processes are adopted and incorporated into the daily routines with associated ownership by the company's Superusers.

Your workplace will be in our office in Odense, where you will become a part of the department Process & Implementation Management. You will report directly to VP, Head of Process & Implementation Management, Tom Sterobo.
This position can eventually require travel at some point. You can therefore expect approx. 15-20 days of travel per year.
Great understanding of processes and stakeholder management
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant bachelors degree and solid experience within Supply Chain or Project and Implementation Management. To be successful in this position you will need +3 years of experience within the above-mentioned areas and preferably have worked in a larger matrix organization before.
The ideal candidate has documented experience with the implementation of processes cross-organizationally. You will also need a strong understanding of processes and the ability to write processes yourself and execute these.
As a person, you must be excellent at stakeholder- and change management. Therefore, you must possess great communication skills. Because Nature Energy is an international company; you must have full professional working proficiency in English as well as a working proficiency in Danish. It will be highly advantageous if you speak French and can collaborate across countries, functions, and levels.
