As the Product Marketing Manager, you play a critical role in helping the world of construction (and company) tell the story of our product.
You are passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed and act as our chief advocate for product and feature sets and their benefits based on your deep understanding of our customers and users' psychology.
You will also serve as the internal team's go-to source for market insights to drive improvement across our product, marketing, services, and approach.
You'll quickly become a product, industry, and customer expert, using your knowledge to craft memorable messages and content and craft the strategy for new releases and launches.
With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark.
The mission is to:
- Attention: Successfully execute launch playbooks and go-to-market tactics.
- Adoption: Create & execute user adoption initiatives based on adoption metrics, business priorities, and user sentiments.
- Advocating: Serves as an advocate for the user and the product, evangelize products & ensure utilization through effective training and positioning.
Your responsibilities: - Go-to-market: Partnering with our product and commercial teams to shape and develop the go-to-market (marketing) plans and lead the execution with cross-functional partners.
- Planning: Drive successful cross-functional alignment on go-to-market strategy & planning and tracking success metrics accordingly.
- Messaging: Co-create product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
- Customer voice: Lead Voice of Customer efforts -- be the expert on our customers and industry, uncovering insights that lead to breakthrough messaging, accelerated service adoption, and product roadmap development.
- Retention: Collaborate cross-functional to drive product marketing communication that is impactful to the business, and grow customer satisfaction and retention.
- Research: Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional incl. customer feedback and competitor analysis.
- Releases: Supports product implementation and installation with guides and manuals.
As a Product Marketer, you serve as the critical bridgebetween our product , marketing , sales, and customer experience teams acting as a conduit between stakeholders and the teams that will help execute product marketing initiatives.
The product marketing team is responsible for creating product message maps and internal documentation to serve as a structure for developing and deploying product-related marketing communications leveraged by the global marketing team in content marketing, PR, customer marketing, and demand generation.

- Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the work tasks related to the role, so you will be given a case to prepare after the initial screening interview. You will present the case to colleagues from across Trackunit.
