We are now looking for a Product Manager with a high level of team spirit, who wants to make a difference in a rapidly growing environment.
In the position, you will as a key player between the sales team and the engineering department, play a central role in the development of our product portfolio.
Silkeborg, Denmark
We are looking for a new team member who would like to work with Product Management in a sales organization with much focus on district energy solutions /where we focus on district energy solutions.
We expect you to work from our local site in Silkeborg, and for the right candidate there will be some flexibility with working from home. In this position max. 10 travel days per year should be expected.
In your role as Product Manager, LDS Nordic, you will work closely with dedicated colleagues on-site in Silkeborg, ensuring the best possible collaboration between the various departments. You will have a direct reference to our LDS Nordic Sales Director.

Product development and customer "demands"
You will be a major part of the foundation, on which we build our future-fit product portfolio.
Your point of contacts will be many different functions in Danfoss Redan A/S, but also other Danfoss Product Lines in District Energy. To be expected is also commercial tasks on reviewing customer demands and the market development in close collaboration with the Danfoss Redan A/S external sales team.
Job Responsibilities
As our new Product Manager, LDS Nordic, your key tasks will be to:
• Ensure high quality, competitive products in a robust design.
• Provide general specifications to product development team for new products.
• Provide customer feedback for new product specifications and product improvements.
• Develop launch strategies for new products in coordination with sales, marketing, and engineering.
• Develop technical literature for new products in coordination with marketing.
• Take ownership of product roadmaps and impact decision-making on a global level.
• Take ownership of Product Life Cycle Management.
• Responsible input provider for SIOP forecasting LDS Nordic Danfoss Redan A/S.
• Ensure compliance with various internal Danfoss Standards.
The job as Product Manager is a newly created position in our department and will, to a certain extent, also include several ad hoc tasks.

Background & Skills
To be considered for this role, you should have a relevant technical degree, combined with 3+ years of experience with the heating and plumbing business.
Regardless of your starting point, we expect you to be ready for new, challenging tasks in an exciting industry with a strong focus on the environment and climate.
Team player with high coordinating and communication skills
As a person, you are thorough, structured, and capable of solving your tasks according to project needs in an agile and international organization.
You are very cooperative and have strong problem-solving skills, as you will work with various stakeholders on many different projects.
Furthermore, we are looking for someone who:
• knows how to handle 2D/3D on a need-to know basis
• can communicate effortlessly in Danish and in English - speaking and writing
• is familiar with SAP
