The Team:
Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a Pricing Manager to join our segment pricing team. You will join a diverse and committed team of pricing professionals. Our team vision is to support the Danfoss growth journey by ensuring that our pricing framework, processes, and tools are matching our strategies.
We improve our prices and price setting processes across the product portfolio in close collaboration with product owners, the sales organization, and our corporate pricing team.
Job Responsibilities
The Role:
A pricing manager in our team will execute on the plans for achieving pricing excellence and can expect to play an important role in how we:
- Implement and continuously improve our value-based pricing framework
- Develop product pricing strategies
- Implement new quotation and approval tools
- Take active part in Price reviews
- Drive ad hoc pricing activities
Background & Skills The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Has experience within strategic pricing from a multinational B2B company
- Brings documented project and change management skills.
- Has an innovative and strategic mindset
- Can coach and train stakeholders in applying pricing methods and strategies.
- Is a good collaborator with the ability to facilitate good partnership across a complex matrix organization
- Leads without authority
Experience with pricing and commercial projects from previous jobs is an advantage, but we will provide extensive training and opportunities to get relevant certifications.
