As Presales Consultant you will act as a subject matter expert in the Digital identity space, you will contribute with your market intelligence and experience in project execution, to grant you a position as an ambassador and technical expert. You will be the driving force supporting the account team in our conversations with our existing and future customers in digital identity, access management and signing workflows across the nordics and target markes in Europe

Your key responsibilities and tasks are:
- You maintain excellent communications with customers and existing and new partners in the assigned expertise area
- Represents Nets as a technical expert in customer and partner meetings, forums or other events
- Drives opportunities with effective consultative techniques
- Build customer loyalty by becoming a trusted advisor
- Partner effectively with others in the account team to ensure customers acquisition and customer satisfaction
- Show strong technical expertise within certain areas of Digital identity, AIM, workflow structures and future market requirements
- Adapt proposal and design to customer requirements
- Articulate and clarify key aspects to implementation plans and setting expectations
- Actively support the Sales teams with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.
- Transfer knowledge to peers via mentoring and actively participation in education programs
- Understand the roles and effectively engages other teams and resources within the company and customers
- Facilitates a smooth transition from sales to implementation projects and design.
Qualifications

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but its also your personality that makes the difference at Nets.
If you recognize yourself in the following, we would love to hear from you:
- You are holding an Engineering or University degree or extensive experience in implementing SAAS within the enterprise segment
- Ideally having 10+ years of experience in a Solution Architect/Presales Consultant role, acquired in the digital identity space or similar, with both enterprise customers and/or Software Vendors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Having good knowledge of digital identity, AIM or workflow industry technologies and solutions
- Able to understand technical innovations and trends, customer value chains and business requirements
- Fluent in English and one of the Nordic language
