The proposed starting date is 1 May 2023, or soon thereafter. The appointment will be made for a term of three years and will follow the PhD study programme at the Faculty of Science and have an enrolment in the Science and Mathematics Education and Communication Research Training Programme (SMEC).

The ideal candidate has a background in or experience with one or more of the following topics:

The successful candidate will formulate his or her own research project to fit into and compliment the ongoing research of the strategic research project LAVIN ‘Længdestudie af videnøkologi i NAFA’ lead by Professor Connie Svabo (SDU) and Docent Thomas Albrechtsen (UC SYD). The LAVIN project researches how knowledge is created, flows, is anchored and shared in the Science Education Professional Learning Communities in the research and practice programme Naturfagsakademiet. The job application should contain a three-page-description of a clearly delineated subproject that will contribute to the overall project. The PhD project will form part of the LAVIN project and be guided by this inquiry. The project will contribute to LAVIN by carrying out a Social Network Analysis of the NAFA Knowledge Ecology.
