About your future role within Digital Identification in Europe
Nets Group is providing a compelling opportunity for channel sales professionals with previous experience exceeding in digital transformation sales. Youll be part of the Sales Development Team that initiates and oversees the development of businesses in international territories, aiming for profit growth and positive client relationships.
We conduct extensive market research and analyses, develop strategic business plans, set ambitious targets, and participate in negotiating with potential business partners. in the European markets.

The Partner Sales Manager role is vital to Nets Digitisation channel management strategy as part of becoming a European Payment Champion. The role is required to lead partner impact in an upcoming pipeline to accelerate Nets digital transformation.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Accelerate our partner co-sell and support their digital strategy connecting the right partners to the right customer at the right time
- Educate the partners and drive sales on how to share opportunities & success engagements through channels and segments. Contribute to pipeline planning with potential co-sell opportunities
- Building a local partner ecosystem around customers
- Build a Partner Ecosystem in key verticals to accelerate their digital onboarding ecosystem, identity proofing, and KYC value chain.
- Lead partner seller engagement in opportunities
- The partner Sales Manager is responsible for developing named partners and securing a significant pipeline of opportunities and closing the deals.
- Review inbound leads with co-sell prioritized solutions or proactive hunting with partner account teams. Ensure stakeholder management regarding the roadmap and interactions for the channel strategy.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- +10 years of experience - core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, and business development - primarily in the financial service verticals
- Good partner relationship management and solution development skills
- Experience of working in a Channel/Partner role - experience working with
- Nordic Banks will be considered positive
- A reasonable level of technical proficiency as well as good project management skills
- Extensive experience in managing virtual teams across functions and geographies
- Experience in having a significant executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
