Client Relationship Manager

Play a crucial role in opening up the Swedish market and Teamcubate's success. Get to work as a Client Relationship Manager building tech teams for some of the most interesting startups, scaleups and VC in Sweden.

The job

During the last 4 years Teamcubate has gone from having 0 to 120 employees in our offices in Western Balkan countries. We headhunt critical IT and business experts to work as direct remote hires for some of the most interesting startups and scaleups in the Nordics.

We are ready to take Teamcubate to the next level and this is where you come into the picture. As the new Client Relationship Manager for the Swedish market, you will be responsible for ensuring our growth in Sweden.

You will get a deep understanding of the talent and growth needs of the companies making the products and solutions of tomorrow. One key issue for these companies is to find and retain the expert talent they need to grow, especially when it comes to software developers.

Your salary will be based on a competitive base salary and a part of the salary based on results. The workplace will be partly in our office in Copenhagen and partly remote. For that reason you would most likely live in Southern Sweden (Malmö area), or willing to relocate to Copenhagen. The position is 15-25 hours a week, and we are of course flexible on your studies, exams etc.

You might have a business education, but ultimately it doesn't matter. Tthe most important thing is your personal drive and ability to bring new deep relationships to life. Therefore, you are a natural born executer, communicator and a person that has an easy time talking to new people and even more important - listening to them.

You love startups and entrepreneurship, and you are interested in how successful companies are built with a focus on talent.

You are a person that has a focus on getting the work done when it needs to be done, and you are flexible the same way as we will be flexible to fit your work schedule around your life.

You speak and write Swedish (native) and English fluently.

About Teamcubate

Teamcubate has presented a service that was not previously on the market. Created by 2 Danish IT-entrepreneurs in 2017, we were super tired of IT outsourcing companies. We wanted to attract top talent to our own companies where the talent is. But we wanted to get the relationship directly with our startups and not with an outsourcing company.

Teamcubate was created to solve this problem. Basically, Teamcubate is a logistical

partner for ambitious startups and scaleups that have come to the phase where the team needs to grow with the best international talent possible. We help companies with services such as recruitment, retention, office facilities, office management, local law, payroll, and a lot of other logistics, such as concierge solutions for booking airline tickets and hotel for employees, as such tasks can become extensive for a company with a team spread across several cities in several countries.

We currently have 8 in-house employees in Serbia to execute the above tasks while we are two people in Denmark, one in Amsterdam and one in Lisbon who work directly with European companies.
