ABOUT THE JOB
As our new Marketing specialist, you will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales Director to develop and implement the Hotel d’Angleterre’s digital strategy by enhancing and creating an on-line luxury guest experience. The Marketing specialist will be overseeing digital platforms in close dialogue with our providers. She/he will also be the key contact for PR activities and support in writing digital content for the hotel, the outlets, and events.
You will be monitoring the digital distribution channels, and proactively drive the hotels e-marketing strategy by analysing and optimising the d’Angleterre’s search engine (working closely with the digital agency) ensuring maximum on-line presence, usability, and design, reflecting the d’Angleterre brand, placing the hotel as a thought leader and at the front of luxury customer experience.
WE EXPECT
You are an ambitious and dedicated person with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Strong technical knowledge is essential and the ability to deliver creative input across all digital customer touchpoints of the brand highly desirable. You will have experience with e-commerce, SEM/SEO optimisation, Google Analytics and various omni channel / digital platforms. It is an advantage if you have experience with online booking engines requirements.
You are a team player with knowledge of best practice within e-marketing and branding in a luxury environment, and you have a natural interest in understanding and monitoring customer behaviour and trends. You have a taste for design, elegance, and fashion.
Finally, you have excellent written and verbal skills both in Danish and English.
