Your chance to drive our marketing efforts and curate creative content
As our local Marketing Manager for Denmark and Sweden, your primary responsibilities will be to care for our customer base. That is why we need your help to create and deliver engaging campaigns on our owned channels (CRM, app & web). As a part of this role, you will possess deep knowledge of Vivino, our product-market fit, customer journeys, and target segments.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding your customers inside-out and planning all initiatives based on that knowledge
- Building your local trading plan by selecting the wine in collaboration with the supply team
- Planning and executing daily marketing activations and campaigns for our customer base (from crafting the campaign to building the content and planning the products)
- Working closely with the global CRM team to optimize, deliver, and improve our automation engine and discuss best practices on our manual emails and our segmentation based on your country's knowledge
- Content and copywriting management: writing and building the local content library, proofreading, and localizing global content (fluent in Danish is a must, and writing Swedish is a plus)
- Analyze the results of your actions and apply your learnings to plan better campaigns and activations, and communicate the results to the relevant stakeholders
- Maintain our Active Repeat Base and ensure Retention
