About the position
As a key member of the growth and marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape the way we reach our professional customers of our software and logistics solutions in large and mid-sized companies. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement with a meaningful impact on the success of our company.
As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Distilling Mover's identity into a compelling brand with a unique attitude
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to ensure our continued growth
- Strategizing and coordinating marketing efforts to discover and exploit effective channels
- Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that our efforts create the biggest bang for the buck
- Collaborating with other departments, such as product development, growth and revenue operations, and sales, to ensure that our efforts align
- Conducting market research and analyzing customer insights to identify market trends and opportunities for growth
- Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, and incorporating new ideas and techniques
Is it a match?We are looking for a modern and talented marketing professional who aligns with our values and mission. With a background in B2B technology and preferably another scale-up, you have experience in building and conceptualizing marketing for new products and services from scratch.
We want Mover to be known for applying technology and data insights to improve our customers logistics and make their lives easier. Therefore, we expect that you not only know how to craft effective campaigns but also how to use data insights to make informed decisions on where and how to get the biggest impact.
To be considered a highly attractive candidate for this role, you likely possess most of the following traits:
- At least 4 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, preferably from a B2B scale-up technology company
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and strategies
- A creative and innovative thinker who can think outside the box and create unique ideas
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish
- Self-starting and hands-on, being able to find your way in ambiguous settings and the roller coaster ride that a scale-up can be
- Highly analytical and proficient in marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
