Versatile position with a comprehensive interface across the entire organization
As our new IT Business Partner, you will become a central part of advising on, developing, and implementing IT systems and services that enable us to achieve our business goals. Nature Energy is rapidly growing, and we have set ambitious goals for the coming years. We are therefore looking for an IT Business Partner who, together with the rest of IT and other business areas, can support our digital journey nationally and internationally.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Advise, manage, and prioritize digital use, processes, and systems in close collaboration with the business
- Ensure optimal value and utilization of current systems and identify future systems for our business areas internationally
- Collaborate with external application partners in defining and developing systems and services that provide value for our users and business areas
- Contribute to prioritizing and approving various tasks and following up on deadlines for external and internal stakeholders through project management
Your workplace will be at our head office in Odense where you will become part of our IT department. Here you can look forward to being part of a well-functioning team and working with competent colleagues who, together with external hosting and service partners, run all IT in Nature Energy.
We currently operate approx. 90 systems and IT infrastructure for approx. 900 users, 14 biogas plants, 16 gas filling stations, and 6 offices internationally.
Experienced IT Business Partner with a strong understanding of processes and people
We imagine you have a relevant education and several years of experience in a similar position as an IT project manager, implementation consultant, or similar. Our core system is based on Microsoft Business Central, so it would be advantageous if you have experience with this product.
This position requires close cooperation with many internal stakeholders - therefore, you must be good at giving advice, communicating, complying with agreements, and meeting deadlines.
As a person, you see opportunities and can explain complex issues briefly and precisely, and you thrive in an entrepreneurial growth environment. You think positively and desire to develop yourself and join a learning organization.
You are outgoing, approachable, and good at creating relationships. In addition, you dare to cut through when necessary. Finally, you must be able to communicate smoothly in Danish and English, as we have users and projects in Europe and the US.
