Milestone is experiencing high growth and is constantly expanding the business and number of employees globally. To support the EMEA Sales and marketing organization, we are looking for a new HR Business Partner  

The team 

You will join the People & Organization team in Brøndby. In total, the global team consists of 4 other HRBPs, 4 people in the HRadmin office, a Recruitment Specialist and a Recruitment Sourcer. Additionally, you have 2 HR peers in each of the regions, Bulgaria, the US and Singapore. You will report to the VP of People & Organization and Site Operations and have a dotted line to your business leader in EMEA who is also located at the Brøndby site. It is important that you are a team player and want to contribute to the global HR team´s agenda. Combined with driving the people agenda for EMEA sales and marketing, you will also drive HR projects that are part of the overall P&O deliveries.   

Implementation of people related initiatives across Europe, Middle East & Africa    

You'll be the champion of Milestone's culture and values; partnering with the EMEA Leadership Team and the other great people in this part of our organization. EMEA is represented in 15 countries with more than 130 employees.  

You will be the managers’ first point of contact regarding onboarding, development and performance of their teams and help them solve organizational and people-related challenges. 

This will require you to act based on your global thinking, comfortability of trying out new things and an appetite for always changing the status quo. You will work closely with a team of passionate colleagues in designing processes for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize people and teams in Milestone.   

Assist the EMEA people managers in exercising great leadership 

You will work in a sales- and technology intensive organization among highly professional colleagues creating an ambitious yet still informal atmosphere. You are expected to drive strategic and operational discussions in the management team in order to meet our new tomorrow. You will work primarily in Brøndby with your 10 Danish HR colleagues, but you should expect a few days of travelling throughout the year. 

HR Partnering and Operational HR experience with flair for different cultural and legal employment  

This is what we are looking for:  

  • A relevant business degree at Master level 
  • Min. 5 years of experience from a similar position as HR Partner, Consultant or HR Manager in a knowledge intensive international organization 
  • A solid HR toolbox covering most of the HR disciplines:  Compensation and benefits, recruitment from A-Z, employee engagement, coaching and development and employee relations from an EMEA perspective 

Capabilities:  

  • Comfortable with working both on strategic and operational level 
  • Results driven
  • Experienced in driving HR projects with various stakeholders 
  • Comfortable in a sales environment 
  • Experience from a business unit partnering role  - preferably operating in a matrix set-up 
  • Experienced in designing and facilitating workshops with people topics 
  • An insight of the aspects and process of setting up and employing people in new countries 
  • Secure correct master data and operational compliance 
  • Understanding of legal rules in many countries 
  • Experience with global recruitments at different levels from A-Z 
  • Ability to coach and support managers in building high performance teams 
  • Enough experience with Comp & Ben to be able to project lead and design global incentive structures, job positioning, and to benchmark external data with Milestone’s Comp & Ben processes and policies 
  • Analytical and social skills 
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English 
  •  An ability to sign up to and role model our leadership behaviors: Passion, empathy, empowerment and people growth 
  • A global and commercial mindset 
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and ditto environment 
  • Successfully navigate ambiguity 
  • In the job as HR Business Partner for EMEA you are in the midst of a sales organization with focus on exceeding sales budget. However, you are also the partner for EMEA’s operational back office functions and marketing. This requires a robust person with a strong understanding of how the Milestone EMEA organization works and the ability to meet business deadlines and make clear priorities every day
