We're on the lookout for a dynamic, Danish-speaking Marketing Coordinator with a passion for innovation and a background in marketing or related academic disciplines.
About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of our marketing initiatives, working directly with the CMO based in Denmark. This role requires high structural skills, proficiency in written communication, and a drive to develop and succeed in broad range various marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with our sales team to highlight Flatpay's unique selling points and enhance our sales material for our growing sales force (print and digital). Coordinate and organize distribution of sales material to our markets with various external stakeholders.
• Manage our website CMS, ensuring our content reflects Flatpay's modern, forward-thinking brand identity, with a main focus on copywriting.
• Own our organic social media presence, crafting engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Participate in the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns for our markets - Denmark, Finland, and Germany (online ads, outdoor media, and video etc.).
• Develop compelling content that entices merchants to make Flatpay their go-to payment solution.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with our brand's voice and values.
• Coordinate effectively with external agencies, freelancers, and partners as required.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, especially in writing in both Danish and English.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Native Danish speaker and fluent in English
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Creativity and a talent for crafting engaging content.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is desirable (could be a relevant student position). However, a bright mind and eagerness to learn surpass years of experience or an extended education.
Nice to Have
• Experience with CMS tools, preferably Webflow.
• Basic design skills in the Adobe suite, or even better Figma.
• German language skills, especially in writing.
