We are looking for two Experience Designers to work alongside the Wealth Design Team, Product Owners and developers in a SAFE agile environment. One position is permanent and one is a maternity leave.

About this opportunity

As our Experience Designer you will translate user needs and business ideas into engaging and tangible design concepts, prototypes and pixel perfect designs to be launched to our customers. This, within savings, investment, pension and insurance products and services across digital platforms including web, mobile and tablets.

You will work closely with design, business and technology stakeholders to ensure the best possible user experiences able to compete with the many new competitors in the savings and investment market.

Our approach is omnichannel and we continously aim to bridge our digital self-service with our advice solutions throughout the customer journey. Being personal and proactive towards our customers as well as bringing them perspective.

You will join the Wealth Design Team and be part of fulfilling our mission together with 10 collaborative, passionate and courageous design colleagues. You will also be part of a design community of more than 50 highly skilled designers across the Nordics. We all strive to use the newest design methodologies, processes and tools to solve current and future problems for our customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • In close coordination with the Design Team, Product Owners and developers you will bring epics, features and user stories to life in the overall banking experience
  • Use Design Thinking methodology to explore, define, ideate and validate future savings and investment experiences.
  • Designing engaging digital experiences for our customers to save and invest.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor digital experiences, emerging technologies and customer behavior within and outside the finance industry.

The role is based in Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:

  • You have a master's degree in design and/or at least 3 years of working experience in the design field either from agency or corporate side
  • You are result oriented and thrive in taking end to end responsibility on the features you work on
  • Ask for and give feedback to learn and develop continuously
  • Initiate, facilitate and and inspire dialogue with PO's and developers to bring forward great customer experiences by design
  • You have a special passion for either content design, visual design or interaction design and an opportunity to grow with your passion
  • You are comfortable working within design systems and to continuously challenge and help to improve the system based on your specific use cases
  • You are structured, proactive and get things done as you plan them to be
  • You are interested and willing to learn about financial matters and eager to bring financial well-being forward to our customers in the customer experiences you help drive across.
  • If you have experience in finance and/or working in an agile corporate environment it's an advantage
  • You are very familiar with Figma and continuously develop your skills and tools
