Chief Sales Officer (// Chief Restaurant-Partnership Officer) Heya! Are you the ambitious hybrid we are looking for? One who will roll up the sleeves and can elevate you and our organization as Tribe Takeaway grow? Do you have what it takes?

This is a newly created role in our startup going to a scaleup so we ask for a lot: Senior skills with junior enthusiasm! You are thriving doing partnerships with restaurants being out there in the field and you are able to lead, manage and hold people accountable as the organization grows. In return for our high expectations, you get a huge amount of responsibility. The responsibility to kickstart and deliver on sales/restaurant-partnerships and at the same time build up the sales organization from scratch.

Your mission

Your mission in our tribe will be to ensure new restaurant partnerships.

You'll have the entire responsibility of restaurant-partnerships, reporting to and working close together with our CEO on strategic matters, markets and goals.

Your tasks will first and foremost include

  • Signing new restaurants

  • Account management

  • Make target lists with identified restaurants

  • Develop requirements/standards for restaurants quality

  • Meet and develop new sales goals

  • Document sales script & proven process

  • Make sure restaurants "get it, want it, spread it".

  • Gather feedback for you and our continuous learning

  • Hire A-players for your team

In order to have success in this role we imagine your DNA looks like this:

  • Experience with sales from other takeaway platforms

  • Minimum 1 year experience with sales in the takeaway or restaurant industry, or an existing network of restaurants is a must for this positioning

  • Proven track record with a can do attitude and an ambitious mindset

  • Able to lead, manage and hold yourself and people accountable

  • Can book meetings and sign-up restaurants in person

  • Trustworthy and able to build solid relationships with restaurant owners

  • Strategic, analytic, enthusiastic, ambitious with a can-do attitude

  • Fluent in danish and english
