Do you want a pivotal role in the development of NE's production processes?
As the new Business Process Manager - Production, you will be part of the Process & Implementation Management department with direct reporting to the VP, Head of P&IM, Tom Sterobo. In addition, you will work closely with the other Business Process Managers in Supply Chain and Distribution.
You will have a central role in the development, optimization, and testing of business processes and methods related to the planning and execution of gas production at our biogas plants and ensure the implementation of best practices. You will also be responsible for establishing processes and tools to maintain the daily operation.
Allocation of your tasks and responsibilities
- Participate in the development and execution of the company's model for the establishment and start-up of new facilities
- Develop and optimize processes and methods for planning and executing production at the company's facilities, - including establishing a production planning basis, inventory management, etc.
- Participate in the development of the production-related system solution based on the company's Business Central system (ERP)
- Development and implementation of follow-up routines regarding the company's production-related processes
Your workplace will be in our office in Odense, where you will become a part of the department Process & Implementation Management. This position can eventually require travel at some point. You can therefore expect approx. 15-20 days of travel per year.
Engineer with strong ERP skills
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelors degree in supply chain, operations management, or production engineering. To be successful in this position you will need +2 years of experience within a similar role and preferably have worked in a larger matrix organization before.
As a person, you must be structured and skilled in describing document processes and workflows. We use Business Central/Navision as our ERP platform, and you must be very skilled in this program.
Because Nature Energy is an international company; you must have full professional working proficiency in English as well as a working proficiency in Danish. It will be highly advantageous if you speak French and can collaborate across countries, functions, and levels.
