Would you like to work with media sales in esports & gaming?

Cavea is a platform for connecting streamers with brands in the gaming and esports market.

We are working with top brands such as Hyundai, HBO, Adidas etc. helping them reach the unreachable GenZ audiences while in parallel helping streamers make a living of what they love doing - stream, play and get paid.

This role focuses on short-term advertising campaigns and our goal for you is to be the leader in sales that helps brands understand our advertising format and the esports and gaming market. Our vision is to become the frontrunner helping esports organisations and streamers monetise their work in the new creator economy.

What we expect from you:

  • To sell short-term advertising campaigns
  • Maximizing media agencies and brand advertisers' awareness of our advertising solutions
  • Identifying top priority advertising prospects in order to grow the Cavea advertisers portfolio
  • Building strong relationships with clients under management (agencies and brands) in order to maximize Caveas ads revenue and repeat bookings
  • Well versed in selling media across social media platforms
  • Knowledge of gaming, esports, and influencers strongly preferred
  • Self-starter with a competitive drive and initiative
  • Ability to manage the comprehensive sales process: identify, prioritise, and close potential partners
  • Polished presentation skills with an ability to think and react to situations quickly and confidently
  • Assertive, persistent, and results oriented
  • Ability to sell using our unique sales framework that address clients' goals and needs
We would like you to have:
  • 2+ years experience in media sales by working with brands and publishers
  • Strong sales personality that can hunt and close deals from non endemic brands, game developers, publishers and more
  • Understanding of digital media and influencer marketing
  • Entrepreneurially-minded with excellent time management and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in cooperating with Media Agencies
  • Experience in selling online marketing services (with particular emphasis on ads)
