Your position
As our new Business Development Associate, you will work closely with the Vice President (VP) of our offshore substations business. You will work in the offshore wind sector, where Semco Maritime is part of designing, constructing and delivering large infrastructure projects. You will learn about leadership, project and sales management while being a vital part of implementing an ambitious strategy.

Your tasks & responsibilities
In the position as a Business Development Associate, you will be assisting in completing different strategic implementation plans and work in different departments to gain perspective.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Participate in meetings and workshop across department including the management team, as well as the Senior Management Team of Renewables and Semco Maritime
- Prepare and participate in customers meetings, bids and win plans and follow up on actions
- Reviewing project reports and supporting teams in implementing countermeasures to deviations
- Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization
- Administrative duties and ad hoc tasks for the VP

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have the following qualifications:
- Technical or Commercial University Degree or similar
- 1-2 years of working experience
- Fluent in verbal and written English
