With direct reference to the Head of UX/UI, you will formally become a part of our UX/UI department. However, you will have a cross functional role why you will be working primarily with our global Technology Software division, which consists of more than 150 dedicated colleagues distributed across approximately 10 teams. Together we strive to provide excellent customer experience and ensure all functionality released is creating business value for our customers. In order to do so, we are working in agile teams and value outcomes over output and are dedicated to a culture of trust and learning.
A job with focus on creating customer value through agile ways of working
In the newly established position as Agile Coach, you will be the agile process owner and have the overall responsibility for continuously improving our agile processes and ways of working. In addition, you will also be the be key responsible for our program increment plan including pre-planning, big room planning, dependency mapping, program demos, refinements, and retrospectives.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Driving our cross-team release trains and big room (PI) planning and all associated agile processes
- Reviewing, measuring, and improving agile ways of working across our software teams
- Being process owner of our agile ways of working and a key partner to our product owners, scrum masters and agile software development teams, including our SW architects
- Being the key facilitator of innovation sprints and discovery spikes
- Contributing to delivering measurable value and create a clear link between strategy and big room planning and sprint outcomes
- Driving agile education programs and agile process documentation
Personality matters
We are looking for an Agile Coach who is passionate about creating an agile atmosphere to support an effective development of our world class software solutions. We imagine that you hold a Master’s degree within IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Moreover, you have at least 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Delivery Manager or a similar role which has given you an in-depth experience in facilitating agile processes on a global scale. Moreover, we expect you to have experience in agile mentoring and design thinking principles. Finally, it will be considered an advantage if you are Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Large-Scale Scrum Practitioner (LeSS) or similar.
As a person, you are self-organized and like to create results in collaboration with others. You are able to influence and persuade others to follow you, which is why you are often found at the forefront of changes. You pride yourself on your ability to put yourself in someone else's place why others will describe you as empathic yet straightforward. You are a great collaborator and therefore you excel in listening and communicating with a large group of stakeholders, which enables you to create good dialogues with your colleagues.
It is a requirement that you master English in writing and speaking. Danish will be an advantage.
