Accounting and operations 
Full time position at Limepack ApS, Copenhagen N

Are you interested in learning all the ins and outs of fast-growing startup with a young international culture? Do you want to be a part of building new business processes, finding smarter ways to do our day-to-day tasks and become an integral part of a small team, then you might be the one we are looking for? 

At Limepack we are a fast-growing company trying to make custom printed packaging as accessible to as many as possible and likely that means we have to become the largest player in this space. To help us fulfill that mission, we are looking for someone to help us develop our accounting and operations work. 

As a member of our team you would join a still small company of 7 fulltime and 8 student employees where English is the main language and who will help you get settled into your new role. We enjoy each others company both at the office and at after work events. You would work closely with one of the co-founders of the company in both managing day to day tasks but also in designing processes for the future. 

Who are you?

  • Are adept at Excel/Google sheets or a quick study and independent learner
  • Speak and write English fluently, Danish can be a plus but not essential. 
  • Have finished an education with focus on accounting or equally relevant work experience.
  • Are interested in the accounting and operations area.
  • Good at putting things into systems and understanding complex processes.
  • You are structured, full of initiative and an independent worker. 
  • You are not afraid of accepting work in new areas, especially within the operations area

What would you work with? 

  • Day to day accounting, booking entries and balancing accounts
  • Monthly business reports as well as reporting excise duties
  • Monthly/quarterly VAT reporting
  • Yearly report preparations and reconciliation, in cooperation with our accountant.
  • Operations work: like customs preparations for out of EU orders, relabeling of packages and contact with our delivery companies.

The position is 37 hours with salary based on qualifications and previous experience. We have a union agreement with HK. The place of work is our office at Nørrebro, however we of course understand that there sometimes are reasons to work from home.
