We are hiring an Account Director who will be responsible for organizing and managing the growth within one of our large international pharmaceutical clients. Sounds exciting? You bet it is!

What is expected of you?

You will spearhead our account interactions and manage our client roadmap. You will be the point of gravity for any new brand project and work closely with the global customer team functions spanning brand, marketing, and operations. Internally you will join forces with the good people in our product management team and in marketing. Being part of a fast-paced start-up, you will need to switch between strategic high flying and hands-on activities. More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Jointly architect the account roadmap and grow our business
  • Thrilling our customers by exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships
  • Being the wizard of account knowledge to all of us in Snakker™
  • Producing top-notch presentations for internal and client meetings
  • Rolling up your sleeve and helping to remove obstacles - before they become a problem
  • Formulating proactive account expansion plans and executing them with success
  • Developing new customer projects - scope, plans, and budgets
  • Managing projects like a true pro - on time, on budget, and with high quality.

You work to deliver the best possible outcome despite any challenges that arise. As you will be managing several account projects simultaneously, you are an organized person who can keep perspective while showing attention to detail.

If you can tick the above and have a strong passion for pharma marketing with a solid understanding of the technical aspects relating to digital marketing, please keep on reading.

We expect you to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in an account management role within a marketing agency (pharma / medical equipment is preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge of working with customer briefing, customer data, omnichannel projects, and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT projects within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud/Content Experience advantageous
  • Competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently
  • Great communication skills in English.
  • Please note that our clients are international so you will be using your suitcase quite often.
